From 30th October – 2nd November 2015, Arts Mildura in collaboration with the Mildura River City Jazz Club, will present the 36th Mildura Jazz Food and Wine Festival.

The Mildura Jazz Food and Wine Festival is one of the longest continuous running Jazz Festivals in the country. The collaboration between The River City Jazz Club and Arts Mildura generates a program which is attractive to followers of Traditional Jazz in addition to audiences for contemporary interpretations of the Jazz genre.

The Mildura Jazz Food and Wine Festival is unique in the Australian Jazz and Music scene, merging great music with food and wine in some extraordinary locations, including wineries, restaurants, the street, all to be enjoyed in the Mediterranean climate of the region.

The line-up for the 2015 program includes the Nicky Crayson Trio, Don Mayne Trio, Double A Jazz Band, Maryborough Traditional Jazz Ensemble, Double A Jazz, Kelsey James Quintet, Mildura and Glenelg Brass Bands and the Red Cliffs Secondary Jazz Ensemble.

“The Mildura Jazz Food and Wine Festival mixes quality ingredients to produce an opportunity for locals and visitors to enjoy the best of what this region has to offer.  The line-up of bands has been selected to cater to traditional and contemporary jazz fans.  The combination of music, food and wine and the warm spring weather set the scene for friends and family to come together to enjoy a weekend of music, food and fun.”
Paul Lambeth, Director, Arts Mildura

  1. I live in Mildura and the Mildura Jazz festival is one of the most poorly advertised events for locals. Im not sure how much advertising is done outside of Mildura for this event, but in Mildura itself there is practically none. I didn’t even realise it was on until it was too late.
