The most dynamic hub of the festival was to be found at the The Jazz Quarter in Brookfield Place. Three stages set amidst a thriving small bar scene encompassing several styles from some of our favourite locals.

Vanessa Perica is currently the Concerts Officer at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She has a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Jazz Arranging and Composition. Studying under the legendary Graeme Lyall (AM), she was the first ever female recipient of the Bob Wyllie Scholarship for best graduating recital in 2003.
